When you submit an enquiry through this website, we collect your name, phone number, email address (if provided), the service you are enquiring about, and any message you include.
How we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss the job and, where agreed, arrange and carry out work. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where your data is stored
Enquiry form submissions are stored securely using Supabase, a database provider. A notification of your enquiry is sent to us via Resend, an email delivery service, so we can respond promptly. Both providers act as data processors on our behalf.
Analytics, and only if you agree
If you accept optional cookies we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the site, which pages are visited, which services are looked at, and whether people tap the phone number. This is measured as a tap on a link, not as a phone call that was actually made.
Until you accept, none of that runs: Google Analytics is not loaded, no analytics cookies are set, and no identifier is created on your device. If you decline, it stays off. Sending an enquiry is handled the same way either way. Full detail is in the cookie and tracking information.
Separately, we keep a plain tally of how many times each page is viewed and how many people accept or decline optional cookies. It uses no cookie, stores nothing on your device, and creates no identifier - your visit becomes part of a number and no record of it is kept. It is never shared with Google or anyone else.
Embedded content from other companies
WhatsApp- the floating message button is an ordinary link. Nothing is loaded from WhatsApp or Meta unless you tap it, at which point WhatsApp's own terms and privacy notice apply to the conversation.
Changing your mind
You can change or withdraw your cookie choice whenever you like. When you withdraw it we stop optional analytics, remove the identifier from your device, and clear the Google Analytics cookies this site set.
